'Koen'

Medium to large, double pink flowers with red-pink bar.

Introduced by Yuji Sekiguchi at a clematis exhibition in Tokyo in March, 2022. Named by Yuji Sekiguchi from the image of a solar prominence because the patterns on sepal (petal) look like a solar flare.
