Clematis 'Madame Baron-Veillard'

Large lilac-pink flowers with greenish-white stamens. Due to the late flowering nature of this variety it is best grown in full sun. Raised by Baron Veillard at his nursery in Orleans, France in 1885. This is a very useful variety as it flowers so late. See also 'Lady Betty Balfour' which shares this flowering period.
