Clematis 'Mrs Robert Brydon'

Masses of small grey-blue flowers. A hybrid of C. heracleifolia var. davidiana x C. virginiana. It is thought that this variety was raised by Robert Brydon of Ohio, USA around 1935. A beautiful semi-herbaceous cultivar ideal for covering tree-stumps or scrambling at ground level The flower colour is subtle but shows up well against the large deep green foliage.
