Clematis BLUE OCEAN 'Zo09045'

Small, bell-shaped (but later more spreading), violet-blue flowers with a slight scent. Filaments pale violet; anthers greyish. The trade name BLUE OCEAN reflects the free-flowering nature of the plant.
