Clematis x cartmanii 'Joe'

Panicles of small white flowers. Beige or white anthers on yellow filaments. Evergreen with finely cut foliage. Requires a sunny position and winter protection. Ideally a conservatory plant. Named after Joe Cartman of New Zealand who sent the seed from which it grew to the raisers.
